About Dr. Lucas Leiva, D.C.
My approach combines chiropractic care, rehab principles, movement science, and strength & conditioning to help clients improve performance while building long-term resilience.
I earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from CSU Chico. I am also an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist.
With a background in soccer, track & field, martial arts, and years of strength training, I developed a strong appreciation for the relationship between movement quality, resilience, and long-term performance.
Whether working with athletes, active professionals, or individuals returning from injury, my goal is to create individualized strategies that improve movement quality, reduce pain, and support sustainable long-term progress.
Philosophy
I believe effective care should bridge the gap between rehabilitation, performance, and real-world function.
Treatment and coaching should not only reduce symptoms, but also improve the way the body moves, adapts, and performs over time.
Every plan is tailored to the individual, combining evidence-based principles with practical strategies that fit real lifestyles and training demands.
